
Craig Gray is a world class speaker, trainer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for numerous law enforcement agencies as well as Nationally Syndicated Talk Radio Show Frontlines of Freedom & WZZM TV 13 Web Community. Craig is responsible for creating the MCOLES (Michigan Commission of Law Enforcement Standards) approved Krav Maga Self Defense for Law Enforcement Training Program. Craig is one of twelve hand picked instructors with Resolution Group International a conflict resolution training organization developed for the needs of military, law enforcement and business organizations. He is an adjunct instructor for hand to hand combatives and warrior ethics at the Homeland Security and Protective Services Academy within the Gerald R. Ford Job Corps. Craig also serves as education director for Her Survival Guide an organization that teaches empowerment skills, risk management and conflict resolution skills to college bound girls and their mothers.
Craig is adept in both verbal and physical conflict resolution tactics. He is a Certified Tactical Communication Instructor with Dr. George Thompson's Verbal Judo system as well as a certified Krav Maga instructor with Israeli Krav International. Craig is one of only three people in the United States to be able to award rank in the system. Krav Maga is the official hand to hand / hand to weapon tactical system taught to Israeli military and law enforcement agencies.
Craig has taught hundreds of seminars and workshops throughout the United States. Over the past two decades he has addressed numerous private and government organizations on leadership & empowerment skills and defensive tactics. His presentations are interactive, informative and entertaining. His business, teaching and real world experiences as well as an extensive background in martial arts, give him a unique and interesting perspective to share in his presentations.

Anne Parpas
Anne is the founder of The Lydian Spirit, LLC, a professional services firm that provides community-wide education and prevention of bullying, dating abuse and domestic violence. Anne is a registered nurse with over 13 years experience in acute care and education. She is a survivor of domestic violence and knows the effects of a violent relationship both physically and emotionally. She has made it her mission to do everything she can to educate others in order to prevent the violence before it starts. Anne is a certified Safe Dates instructor for the Kent County Health Department - Child & Family Resource Council and served as vice president on the board of directors at Safe Haven Ministries, an organization that provides shelter, counseling and support for women and children who have suffered from domestic violence. She is a keynote speaker and domestic violence consultant for numerous schools, churches, corporations and other organizations in the West Michigan Area.

Jack Hoban
Mr. Hoban, a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the U.S. Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP), has led over 500 workshops and seminars around the world. He has addressed the FBI, universities, and other government and private organizations on ethics and martial arts over the last two decades. His presentations are interactive, informative and entertaining. His business and military experiences, as well as an extensive 30-year background in martial arts, give him a unique and interesting perspective.
Hoban served as a U.S. Marine Corps officer and is a long time practitioner of martial arts. He assisted in the creation of MCMAP and continues to teach the program at the Marine Corps Base in Quantico, Virginia and elsewhere.
In addition to his military experience, Jack is a 25-year business veteran in the areas of information technology (IT) and business process outsourcing (BPO) in healthcare and other industries.
For 17 years Hoban was an associate of the late Robert L. Humphrey, noted conflict resolution specialist, and author of Values for a New Millennium.
Hoban earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Villanova University and an MBA from National University in San Diego. He is also a Master Instructor in the Japanese Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu martial arts system.
